An order is considered dispatched when it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is en route to your specified address. The estimated delivery time is based on the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier. This will vary depending on your location. Below are the estimated delivery times for different countries:

🇦🇺 Australia: 10-15 Business Days

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. Additionally, for international shipments, there may be unexpected customs delays, which could impact the overall delivery time.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete when placing an order. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may lead to delayed processing or order cancellation. For system-detected address issues, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of placing your order to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice any errors in your shipping details, please email us at supportcinq@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes after this period.


Delayed Delivery:

At CINQ, we understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner. However, there may be times when delays occur due to circumstances outside our control. These may include unexpected shipping delays, adverse weather conditions, or transportation disruptions.

If your delivery is delayed, we will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will also notify you of any problems related to processing or shipment, such as product availability, address verification issues, or payment delays.

CINQ is not liable for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. However, we will do our best to keep you informed on your order’s status and assist you in any way possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, it is no longer under our control. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at supportcinq@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

We recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim, as most carriers have a claims process for lost or stolen packages. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates on the situation.

Please note that CINQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and such incidents fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the matter. If your package cannot be located, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.

In some cases, the courier may locate the package and complete the delivery. If the package is not recovered, we advise filing a police report.
